While the company is newly incorporated, its foundation is built upon more than 25 years of industry expertise, leadership, and successful business relationships cultivated by its Directors, Mr. Bharat Naik and Mr. Shekhar Mahadik.

Bharat Naik is a visionary entrepreneur with over 25+ years of experience in real estate, infrastructure development, construction, hospitality, minerals, and international trading. His extensive industry knowledge and strategic leadership have enabled him to successfully develop and manage diverse business ventures across India and the UAE.
As the Founder of Riva Group, he has established a strong presence in the real estate, hospitality, and mineral sectors. He is also the Promoter of Kenstro Developers Private Limited, a construction company dedicated to delivering high-quality residential, commercial, and infrastructure projects with a focus on innovation, quality, and timely execution.
Driven by a vision for global expansion, Mr. Naik has successfully extended the Group's operations into the United Arab Emirates, strengthening its international presence in trading and real estate. Shekhar Sanjay Mahadik
A Civil Engineer with over 15 years of professional experience in infrastructure development, government contracting, project execution, landscape architecture, PMC and business management. As part of a family business with a strong legacy of 30 years in development and project services, Shekhar has been actively involved in delivering successful projects across both government and private sectors throughout India.
Over the years, He has developed extensive expertise in government tenders, contract management, project planning, procurement, execution supervision, stakeholder coordination, and quality assurance. His professional journey has enabled him to work closely with government authorities, municipal corporations, developers, architects, consultants, and corporate organizations, contributing to the successful execution of diverse infrastructure and landscaping projects.
Shekhar's specialization includes landscape design and execution, urban beautification projects, public infrastructure development, horticulture and green space planning, project management consultancy (PMC), and turnkey project delivery. He has successfully managed projects from concept development to execution while ensuring quality, cost efficiency, and timely completion.
As a Director associated with expanding business interests across India, the GCC region, and Southeast Asia, he is focused on building strategic partnerships and creating sustainable business opportunities in the fields of infrastructure, trading, construction materials, industrial supplies, landscape development, agro farming , carbon Footprint and specialized project solutions. He strongly believes that successful businesses are built on trust, transparency, innovation, and long-term relationships.
